A: Yes, I've been a dancer for 12 years, and you can definitely make your arch better. You can even get these foot stretching machine things, but you don't have to go that far. The first thing to do is stretch a lot! Especially stretches like splits, which stretch your back foot arch, and frappes, and other areas where you have to point. Floor bar is always good too. Just remember that to get better at something, you have to practice all the time! Oh, another stretch is forst arches, where you plie, then go on half point, and it really stretches your arch.
